Though infrequent, we have noted that on some Windows systems that have installed 4.0 directly, as opposed to upgrading, the installer on the RealTexture Tools does not find the plugins directory, even when specified. We are currently investigating the source code of our installer to determine the problem.
Please report any problems with the software immediately, so that CGSD can amend them and get you back to work.
