RealTexture Tools and RealTexture Tools Tiling Kit
Instructions for Photoshop 5.0
In Photoshop 5.0, the "Plug-Ins" folder has an additional sub-directory
called "Filters." These 4 steps install the plug-ins into the "Filters"
sub-directory.
If installing RealTexture Tools on Adobe Photoshop 5.0, please follow these 4 steps:
Enter installation as usual.
When the second installation window appears ("Choose Photoshop
Plugins Folder" or "Photoshop plugins folder could not be found"), click
on the "Browse" button.
Locate the Photoshop 5.0 folder, select the "plug-ins" folder, then
select the "Filters" folder and click "OK." Note: Do not click on the
"Lighting Styles" folder.
[Example: C:\Programs Files\photoshop5.0\Plug-Ins\Filters]
When the window from step 2 reappears ("Choose Photoshop Plugins
Folder" or "Photoshop plugins folder could not be found"), click "Next"
and continue the installation.
If installing RealTexture Tools Tiling Kit on Adobe Photoshop 5.0, please follow these 4 steps:
Write down where the Photoshop 5.0 "Filters" folder is located.
[Example: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop5.0\Plug-Ins\Filters]
Enter installation.
If the "Installation Location" window appears, enter the location of the "Filters" folder.
If the "Custom Installation" window appears, click on "Change Directory", the "Installation Location" window will appear, then enter the location of the "Filters" folder.
